Elizabeth Aleman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focused on providing therapy to adolescents, young adults and families; covering a multitude of issues to include self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, anger management, and various trauma. As a social worker, Elizabeth has spent most of her career working with children, adolescents and families; primarily working with youth in the foster care system who have experienced physical, verbal and emotional abuse. She has provided mental health services to children, adolescents and adults while working in a mental health clinic setting. Her therapy modalities are a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Trauma Informed Care, and Talk therapy. She specializes in trauma, behavior management, and family therapy.
